My 5-year-old wanted a zhu zhu pet for Christmas but all the stores were sold out, and I wasn't about to spend - off other sites when I know they cost at Wal-Mart. I bought this hoping it would satisfy her, and that it did!!! She loves her little "Hammy" and so do my other 3 kids. Beware, though --- it does suck up the hair fairly easily. My 7-year-old thought it would be cute to put it on my 1-year-old's head while it was on, and it pulled out a good chunk of hair. Live and learn. Great product, though!!
